The staff are very polite, responsive, and they genuinely take care of customers very well.During my recent visit, I had a small conversation with one of the employees. At that time, it was already past 3 PM, and he told me he still hadn’t had his lunch. Even while sweating and continuously working without a break, he was still handling customers sincerely. He mentioned that due to nonstop vehicles coming in, he didn’t even realize how the time passed. That honestly felt sad to hear.A company becomes truly great not only because of its service quality, but also because of how it treats and cares for its employees. They are not robots — they are human beings too. They deserve proper lunch breaks, rest, and care during working hours.So this is just a humble request to the owner and management: please take care of your employees and encourage them to eat on time. Came here for tyre change and found to be one of the best shop around ecr in Chennai. Very reasonable charges, very experienced staff Very impressive shop and i would highly recommend them to others.
