Bought and earth 1 Yokohama tire at jan 2024 within six months there was a side bump, went to replace it on July 2024 ,the manager was not there , the service was poor, there was no tire technician and the tire had to be sent to guwahati which is estimated to take 3 days , the warranty of free tire replacement during the time of purchase was not met,no terms and conditions were set nor brought to our knowledge , however during the tire replacement we were made to pay extra dispite the free replacement warranty.At this point it's a scam
