The staff are very polite, responsive, and they genuinely take care of customers very well. During my recent visit, I had a small conversation with one of the employees. At that time, it was already past 3 PM, and he told me he still hadn’t had his lunch. Even while sweating and continuously working without a break, he was still handling customers sincerely. He mentioned that due to nonstop vehicles coming in, he didn’t even realize how the time passed. That honestly felt sad to hear. A company becomes truly great not only because of its service quality, but also because of how it treats and cares for its employees. They are not robots — they are human beings too. They deserve proper lunch breaks, rest, and care during working hours. So this is just a humble request to the owner and management: please take care of your employees and encourage them to eat on time. They are the real strength behind your business.
