We are now applying our expertise in aerodynamics toward a new approach to tire design that seeks to reduce not just the tire’s air resistance but the entire vehicle’s air resistance.
My genuine experience with this shop has been very disappointing. I do not blame the owner; however, the issue lies with the workers. Mr. Pranab, I kindly request you to please supervise and check your staff more carefully. Recently, I took my Ford EcoSport to your shop for a tyre replacement. Unfortunately, due to the negligence of one of your workers, the tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is now malfunctioning. I have since come to know that the TPMS sensors in the front two tyres were damaged during the tyre replacement at your shop.I understand that either the workers or the management may deny this matter or may not take it seriously. However, as I am also a business owner, I do not wish to bring a bad reputation to your shop. That said, due to the fault of your worker, I had to replace the TPMS sensors, which has incurred an approximate cost of ₹5,000 or more.Because of this experience, I am not willing to visit your shop in the future. I request you to kindly keep a strict eye on your staff to avoid such issues with other customers.
