Considering the setup under which the store operates in the absence of the owner and any front desk executive or receptionist, the level of service quality maintained by the technicians on their own is commendable. After reading that this place is part of Yokohama Club Network, I assumed that it may have a very organised team with each function managed by a specialist. However, the attending of phone calls, welcoming, hosting, advisory, price negotiation, billing and payment was all handled by the technicians. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and attention to my queries.
