I have been buying tyres from them since 2012 and also using their alignment / puncture services. THE Genuine person in Pune's tyre market I’ve seen so far. They say the facts without hiding things (good transparency). All you need to do is to tell them your requirements like high mileage tyre or high comfort tyre or low noise tyre. They would suggest tyres accordingly and warn you for consequences like soft side wall, more puncture-prone etc.. when you opt for soft and comfortable tyre. I have seen them recommending a tyre brand that would suit that customer's requirements, but they weren't having the stock at that moment. In spite of trying to sell their existing brand in stock, they told the fact that which tyre would suit their requirements and they don’t have that tyre in stock. Their support in warranty claims was also very good. I had experienced it twice. I bought tyres for all of my cars from them till date and I never had a complaint. I recommended this person Vishal to several of my friends and everyone was happy. They too became repeated customers to this store. Most of my friends and Office Colleagues from ARAI buy tyres from him only. Everyone has the same positive experience till date.Ensure to call this owner Vishal or their manager Biju before visiting. The shop is mostly busy and full throughout the day. So, call them and ask for a suitable timing to visit. Otherwise, you have to wait there for an hour or two for your turn. The people who work there in wheel alignment and tyre replacement were also having more patience (or may be the owner instructed them to be polite and patient). They listen to you. They don't push you for a quick temporary service.For every tyre replacement, they offered me free valve replacement for all 4 tyres (in market it is around rs.150 each - total 600rs), free wheel balancing and free alignment (rs.300-400), free Nitrogen (Rs. 30per tyre in market) you can save good money in all of this. You can comfortably save around rs.1000 during tyre replacement. Every rupee counts. One of my colleagues recently changed tyres somewhere in Pune and he told me that he paid for valves, wheel balancing, alignment and Nitrogen.They have a big factory setup for truck tyre retreading at the back of this tyre sales office. It seems their main business is tyre retreading to commercial vehicles.Whatever it is, this guy Vishal gives me complete satisfaction every time I visit them for tyre service. In spite of me staying around 11kms away from Kothrud, and having several tyre dealers near my residence, I have always preferred to travel 10kms plus extra time to get a good service.Replaced all four tyres for my Honda City from them last Saturday (18 Apr 2026). In fact, Mr. Vishal suggested me to continue using the factory stock tyre for one more year to get the best RoI, as the tyres are just 4 years old and only 20,000kms used. But, I changed them for my satisfaction and comfort.It may seem like I'm writing more than a review. However, I'm trying to post the facts, so that others can also benefit and utilize such tyre store for a hassle free vehicle usage experience in Pune.*Note: I don’t like one activity from them. Don't allow them to tighten the wheel nuts using their impact wrench. They will say nothing will happen. Don’t Listen. For their few minute ease of work, we should not play with the life of wheel nut thread. Ask them to tight the wheel nuts by hand only. Impact wrench may over tighten the nuts and it may spoil the thread, which is a big risk on highway travel. I have always insisted them to tighten the nuts by hand only and I’ll make the final tightening using my torque wrench.
