Maine is shop se tyre purchase kiya tha, lekin pehle din se hi owners ka behaviour bahut hi rude aur arrogant laga. Dono brothers, especially elder brother, customers se baat karne ki bilkul bhi tameez nahi rakhte.Tyre me issue aaya toh company ne warranty claim 24 hours me approve kar diya, lekin in dono brothers ki wajah se replacement milne me lagbhag 9 days lag gaye. Har step par unnecessary delay aur pareshani create ki.Product brand achha hai, lekin is shop ka customer handling experience bahut hi disappointing tha. Jab tak inka behaviour aur professionalism improve nahi hota, main kisi ko bhi yaha se kharidari karne ki recommend nahi karunga.Brand Company ke liye note:Aapki service aur warranty process kaafi fast aur helpful tha, lekin dealers/owners ke is tarah ke rude aur careless behaviour ki wajah se customer experience bilkul kharab ho jata hai.
