I am one of the tyre buyer from Suraksha Tyre Shop, Mahadebpura, Bangalore.
I have bought 4 continental tyres 4 years back and unfortunately one of the tyres have developed cracks on the both sides.I have immediately talked to Mr.Pradeep, the owner of the shop and he is very positive and customer friendly and asked me to share the pics of cracked tyre and he at once forwarded the my complaint along with the photos to the concerned of Continental Tyre manufacturing company.
Mr.Vinay the person concerned respond very favorably and promised to replace the cracked tyre with in next couple of days.
I have requested him to replace the cracked tyre and it's a manufacturing defect.
I am waiting for the positive outcome from the distributor as well as from the Continental company.
