I was already stressed, expecting the usual hassle or being pushed into unnecessary expenses—something I’ve sadly experienced at other shops before.But this place was completely different.The team calmly assessed the situation and honestly suggested that since the tyre was new, it would be better to claim warranty from Chennai instead of repairing it there. That level of honesty itself meant a lot. They replaced my stepney without hesitation so I could continue my journey safely.What truly amazed me was what they did next—they went the extra mile (literally!). Understanding that I had a long drive ahead, they gave me an additional spare tyre mounted on a rim and fully inflated, just in case my stepney failed. This kind of thoughtful support is rare these days.And all of this… for just ₹300.In a situation where many would try to take advantage, these people chose integrity, kindness, and genuine customer care. It’s not just about tyres—they gave me peace of mind during a stressful moment.I genuinely have no words to fully express my gratitude.
