I visited Yokohama Club Network – Happy Tyres and Wheel Alignment, Kandigai, to replace my damaged Yokohama tyre.
Although I did not purchase the tyre from them, they took responsibility for the claim and helped me get a replacement.
The technician, Srinivasan, clearly explained how long the replacement claim process would take. He also suggested which tyres would be suitable for the front and rear wheels based on my existing tyres.
Before starting the wheel alignment, he checked and set the correct air pressure for all four tyres. He also asked me if I had any issues with my vehicle. During the inspection, he identified the weak wheel bolts and marked the ones that needed replacement.
I am really happy with Srinivasan's service and professional approach. His excellent service made me feel that the money was well spent, and I didn't even think about bargaining.
